    Processing Time

    • All orders are processed within 2-4 business days.
    • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed.

    Shipping Time

    • We currently only ship within the United States.
    • Estimated delivery time after processing: 2-5 business days.

    Shipping Rates

    • T-Shirts: $4.75 for the first item, $2.40 for each additional item.
    • Sweatshirts & Hoodies: USD 8.49, USD 2.09 for each additional item
    • Free shipping on orders over $75 (if applicable).

    Shipping Carrier

    • All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS or DHL, depending on availability.

    Order Tracking

    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package.
    • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

    Lost or Delayed Packages

    • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
    • If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
    • If your package is delayed beyond 10 business days, please email us at support@farmfauna.co within 7 days of delivery, and we will assist you.

    Returns & Exchanges

    • Since all products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective.
    • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@farmfauna.co within 7 days of delivery, and we will send a replacement.
